Lemon Tahini Dressing


Yields 1 1/2 cups

This dressing is fantastic and can be used for salad greens, falafels, or as a sauce over rice, steamed vegetables, and baked potatoes.

2/3 cup plain rice,almond or oat milk
5 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/2 cup of tahini
1/8 teaspoon of sesame oil (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree for 1 minute at high speed.
