Guacamole


Guacamole is an easy and delicious dip that I usually make twice a week to dip my vegetables in! I make sure to always purchase organic avocados because they are high in fat (good fats) and pesticides and toxins are highly concentrated in food items with a higher fat content.

1 organic avocado
1/2-1 crushed garlic clove
1 tbsp of chopped onion
1 tsp of fresh lime juice
pinch of sea salt
pinch of black pepper
1/2 medium chopped tomato

Cut up the avocado and mush it up with a fork and mix in all the additional ingredients and enjoy!
